The information submitted on my website will be used for official business only. I will never sell, trade, or give your information to another business.

All data is store securely in 3 secure locations by the suppliers of my web technology (Network Solutions, Caspio Inc., & EBay/PayPal).

For each visitor to my Web page, my Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

I collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to my Web page. I retain the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with me via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers’ access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, fax number.

I also automatically receive and records information on my server logs from your browser including your IP address, browser type, referrer page, domain name, access time, entry page, exit page, operating system type, and search engine keywords used.

My web designers use the information my sever collects to determine better technology arrangements to server you. The information I collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of my Web page, used by me to contact consumers for marketing purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing my Website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of my Website, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate change respecting the Website.

With respect to cookies: I do not set any cookies.

Persons who supply me with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from me with information regarding business.

With respect to Ad Servers: I do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
